ATM – You can get information about ATMs located nearby at the reception.

Baby-friendly equipment – Depending on our available capacity we can provide the following equipment: high chair in the restaurant, baby bed.

Baggage delivery – Baggage delivery from the parking lot to your room is provided free of charge, please indicate your request at the Reception.

Baggage storage – Upon early arrival/late check-out, we store our guests’ luggage free of charge until the room is occupied/departure.

Bed linen – Our colleagues change the bed linen weekly, we can change your bed linen upon request. Please help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way and request a replacement if necessary! Make your request known at the reception or with the maids.

Breakfast – The buffet breakfast is served in the Pension’s restaurant every day between 7 and 9:30 a.m.

Check-in – The room can be occupied from 02 p,m. In case of earlier arrival luggage storage can be arranged at the pension.

Check-out – The hotel room is available until 11 a.m. on the day of travel. If you wish to check out later, please contact the reception. When traveling, please hand in the key at the reception.

Cleaning – Every day between 09 and 12 a.m. If you place the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle from the outside, our staff will not disturb you. For extra requests, contact the maids or the reception.

Complaints and comments – If you have any complaints or comments about anything during your stay, please let us know at the reception.

Electrical connection – 220V/50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building.

Entrance – The main entrance of our pension (restaurant door) is closed from 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. transportation is possible through the back door of the upstairs corridor (building A).

Exchange – There is no currency exchange facility in the pension. The account can also be settled in EUR cash.

Fire and emergency – The escape route is located on the inside of the entrance door of the boarding house room.

Found items – Please inquire at the reception regarding items found/lost in our hotel.

Gift voucher – Gift vouchers can be purchased upon request. Please contact the reception for more information.

Hair dryer – It can be borrowed at the reception of the boarding house on request.

Internet – Free WIFI is available to our guests in all rooms of the pension. The WIFI password varies from level to level, please refer to the posted list or at the reception.

Ironing – we provide an iron and a rack on request.

Keys – You will find the keys for the room and corridor doors and the ticket for opening the garden gate on your key ring. For safety, please close the corridor doors. In case of loss of the key the guest is obliged to pay the fee.

Maintenance – If you come across a tool or equipment in the boarding house that needs repair, is damaged, inoperable, or not working properly, please report it to the reception.

Parking – There is free parking for our hostel guests in the courtyard of our guesthouse.

Payment methods – You can pay in cash (HUF, EUR), bank and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard), Széchenyi Pihenő card and gift vouchers issued by the pension in our pension.

Pillow – If required, please indicate your request for a spare pillow at the Reception.

Radio – Satellite and local radio stations can be received through the TV set.

Reception – From 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. a reception staff is available for our guests. From 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. a designated employee of the restaurant performs reception duties. From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. we perform reception duties by telephone on call. Phone from the room phone: 100. Mobile: +36 20 9344 724.

Restaurant – Adler restaurant (ground floor of building A): Opening hours: daily 12 a.m. to 22 p.m.

Security system – A video monitoring and recording system operates at some points of our guesthouse.

Sewing kit – available at Reception.

Shoe care tools – Shoe care tools are provided upon request, please contact the reception.

Smoking – In accordance with the law smoking is prohibited in the entire area of the boarding house. Ignoring this will result in HUF 30,000 compensation.

Storage of valuables – indicate your need at the reception

Table reservation – To reserve a table, our restaurant’s servers are available during opening hours or dial the number 100.

Television – A flat-screen television with Hungarian and foreign channels is available to our guests in every room.

Towels – Towels are changed on the third day. It is also possible to change the towel daily, if it is clearly indicated after use (by throwing the towel on the floor). Please help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, only request a replacement if necessary!

Transportation – For transportation information contact reception.

Umbrella – Can be borrowed at the reception.

Use of telephone – Reception: If you want to speak with a member of staff, dial 100.

Domestic calls: When initiating local and long-distance calls, dial 0 and then the desired phone number.

International calls: For international calls, dial 0, then 00 and the country code, then the area code, and finally the code. Call another room: Dial the number of the desired room.

The fee for telephone conversations is automatically registered and charged to your room account.
